Hi!

I'm Alice, 31yrs, Mum of 2. After not being able to breastfeed my first born due to tongue tie and low milk supply I was determined to breastfeed my second.

Mylk & Crumb was born in the middle of the night in Hospital, 6hrs after giving birth to my second baby. I had an amazing second natural birth, but as I arrived late in the afternoon I didn't receive any dinner. I was absolutely starving and snacked on my lactation cookies I prepared. They were sooo good, and I thought to myself (i should sell these!!)

I've been making lactation cookies to help with my milk supply, local mums have been testing them out too! While there are no human studies on lactation cookies, the evidence we do have is real reviews from real mamas Worldwide.

I have a successful Bespoke Cake business and have worked alongside Chefs since I was 12 years old. I love cooking. I enjoy staying healthy and fit, I have done body-building and tracked my calories for a few years, So I enjoy a yummy treat here and there.
